PAYMENT POLICY

Certain features of Flow may require a paid subscription. Flow offers both free and paid functionality. Free access may provide limited features, while an expanded set of features is available through a subscription.

Subscriptions

Flow may offer subscription plans with different billing periods. By purchasing a subscription, you obtain a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the paid features of the App during the applicable subscription term for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Billing and Payment Processing

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, payment processing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the respective platform provider in accordance with its terms and policies. Flow does not control billing processes managed by such platforms.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal through your app store account settings. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable platform provider to charge the recurring subscription fee.

Free Trials

Flow may offer free trials or promotional access. Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and you will be charged according to the selected plan.

Pricing and Changes

Subscription fees and available plans may change from time to time. Any pricing changes will take effect at the next billing cycle in accordance with applicable app store rules.

License to Use Paid Features

Your subscription provides access to features within the App. It does not grant ownership of any software, intellectual property, or underlying technology. Unauthorized use, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the App is prohibited.

Failed Payments and Chargebacks

If payment cannot be processed or is reversed, Flow may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to address fraudulent or abusive payment activity.

Service Changes

Flow may modify, update, or discontinue features as part of ongoing product development. Such changes do not entitle users to refunds unless required by applicable law or platform policies.
