This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for purchases made in connection with the Flow mobile application (the "App").
All purchases made within the App are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy.
If you subscribed to Flow through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing and refunds are handled by the respective platform. You must request refunds directly from Apple or Google in accordance with their policies. Flow does not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases processed through third-party app stores.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period unless required by law. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid subscription period.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged due to a technical issue, duplicate transaction, or billing error, please contact us at flow-support@harmonyapps.io within 14 days of the charge. We will review the request and, where appropriate, assist in resolving the issue with the applicable payment provider.

Any discretionary refund does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar situations in the future.
If Flow offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial expires. Failure to cancel before the trial end will result in automatic billing for the selected subscription plan.
Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods, unused features, dissatisfaction with AI responses, or accidental failure to cancel before renewal, except where required by law.
Flow may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle and will be communicated in accordance with app store rules.
If you are located outside the United States, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable local laws. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights that may apply to you.
